Why a Slovak mentor matters
Slovak engineering leaders usually run teams for companies headquartered somewhere else: Bratislava and Košice hubs of global firms, Czech scale-ups, remote-first US companies. The leadership advice they get is written for the HQ, not for them.

Can my company pay for it?+
Most of my mentees are employer-funded, including plenty whose budget sits at a headquarters in another country. You get an invoice with full VAT details that survives a foreign finance team.
Do we meet in person?+
Mostly online. In person at ELC events across CEE, or in Prague when it makes sense.
How fast do mentees see results?+
Most hit their first big milestone in 4-6 sessions. That's 2-3 months at the usual cadence.
How much does engineering leadership mentoring cost?+
430 EUR for an hour, 2,580 EUR for a first quarter of six sessions, or 790 EUR a month on the retainer. Same rate whether it comes out of your pocket or your employer budget, invoiced against a PO either way. Full pricing.
