Yes. Sessions run online in European timezones. Mentees so far span 17 countries, from Portugal to the Baltics. In-person options exist in Prague and at ELC events.
Are you a mentor or a leadership coach?+
Mentor first: I have run the engineering orgs you are running and give answers as well as questions. Sessions end with concrete next steps. If you want pure non-directive coaching, I will tell you on the intro call that I am the wrong fit.
