My price for coaching and mentoring engineering leaders is 395 EUR per 60-minute session. One quarter, 6 sessions with one of them free, is 1,975 EUR. Same rate when your company pays. Intro call free, prices without VAT.

You rate every session from 0 to 10 right after it. Under 7: not charged, and your feedback tells me what to fix. Since 2024 the average is 9.17/10. The guarantee costs me nothing. It keeps me sharp and keeps us fair.
