What we collect

This site is a static website. It does not create user accounts, host comments, or accept uploads. It collects the minimum information needed to keep the site online and to understand traffic:

  • IP address, request headers, and browser user agent, processed by Cloudflare as our CDN and DDoS protection provider.
  • Aggregate, cookie-free traffic analytics from Cloudflare Web Analytics (page views, referrers, country).
  • Aggregate, cookie-free usage analytics from Google Analytics and PostHog (page views, referrers, approximate country, which links are clicked). Both run in a mode that stores no identifier on your device, so we cannot recognise you across visits. Google Consent Mode is set to deny all storage for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. PostHog session recording is disabled and PostHog data is processed in the EU.
  • Email address and message contents you voluntarily send to the addresses listed on this site.

Cookies

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies of its own, and stores no analytics identifier in your browser. That is why you see no cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to. Cloudflare may set a strictly-necessary session cookie for security and rate-limiting. Embedded third-party services such as the Reclaim booking calendar may set their own cookies when you interact with them.

How long we keep your data

Emails you send to marian@marian.coach are kept for as long as the working relationship or its potential requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Cloudflare server logs are retained per Cloudflare's own retention policy (typically a few days).

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email marian@marian.coach. You can also file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) at uoou.cz.

Changes are published on this page with an updated date at the top. Material changes affecting how we handle your data will be announced in advance where practical.
