What we collect
This site is a static website. It does not create user accounts, host comments, or accept uploads. It collects the minimum information needed to keep the site online and to understand traffic:
- IP address, request headers, and browser user agent, processed by Cloudflare as our CDN and DDoS protection provider.
- Aggregate, cookie-free traffic analytics from Cloudflare Web Analytics (page views, referrers, country).
- Email address and message contents you voluntarily send to the addresses listed on this site.
Third-party services embedded on this site
Certain sections load content from other providers. When you interact with those sections, the provider's own privacy policy applies:
- Reclaim.ai — booking calendar embedded on the mentoring pages.Reclaim privacy policy.

Cookies
This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a strictly-necessary session cookie for security and rate-limiting. Embedded third-party services (Reclaim, Google Sheets) may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
How long we keep your data
Emails you send to marian@marian.coachare kept for as long as the working relationship or its potential requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Cloudflare server logs are retained per Cloudflare's own retention policy (typically a few days).
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, emailmarian@marian.coach. You can also file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) atuoou.cz.
Changes to this policy
Changes are published on this page with an updated date at the top. Material changes affecting how we handle your data will be announced in advance where practical.
